At the Garden Gate

I used PSP 9 to create this tutorial.

Plugins needed:

None

Scrapkit A Faery Land, is a creation of DMG and can be purchase here

The tube is by Rachel Anderson and can be purchased at CILM

Supplies:

Abbreviations of common instructions:
(DS is Drop Shadow, C&P is Copy and Paste)

A tube of your choice.
The A Faery Land Kit
Two Fancy Fonts of your choice

1. Open a new transparent image. Pick the paper from the kit that you like best.
I chose paper 11. Open the paper into your psp then copy it.
Go to your new open image and do a select all.
(To copy it Edit - Copy. To do a select all Selections - Select All)
Now go to Edit - Paste - Paste into selection. Select None.
Take this layer do in opacity to 60. (The slide bar in the layers panel will do this)
Name this layer Paper (Right click on this layer to see the rename option)

2. Find the tube of the gate. Then C&P - Paste as a new layer
it into your new image.
I sharpened it then applied a DS 1/1 100 2 then I did the -1/-1 100 2.
Name this layer Gate

3. Find the Wings tube. Go to Image - Resize - Percent 150 to increase the wings size.
C&P - Paste as New Layer, the wings into your image.
Make sure it is the top layer and decrease the opacity to 46.
Do the DS the same as step 3.
Name this layer Wings

4. Locate the Doodle 8 and C&P - Paste as a New Layer, then position it to the left.
This is to give the effect of a fence.
Now with this layer active, right click and Duplicate this layer.
Make the duplicate layer active and go to Image - Mirror. It will place it
on the opposite side.
With this layer still active go Layers - Merge - Merge Down.
The two layer become one. Now do the DS like in step 3.

5. Now is the time to place the tube you've chosen. C&P - As a New layer.
I did the same DS as before, and sharpened the image.

6. Now Layers - Merge - Merge All.

7. Add your copyright information. Then your wording
I used A&S Black Swan. 30 pt.

8. I resized the tag to 350 px and sharpened it.
It's ready for your name as well.
If you're scripting the tag, this is when you'd want to save it.
I used Easy Street at 48 pt and put the bold on it.
I then DS'd with the same setting but used Black on the 1/1 100/2
and a pink color on the -1/-1 100 2

9. I then resized it to 325, sharpened it. Put a 3 px border in darker green, around it
and it's done.

The Tube of your choice

The Scrapkit A Faery Land

Optional: A soft looking mask

1. Open a 600 x 600 transparent new image.

2. I resized my tube to 90%, you might not need to. Go to Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

3. Copy and paste your tube into your blank palette. Effects - Drop Shadow (DS) 2/2 70 5

4. Find Doodle 7 in the kit. I resized it by 90%. Again I sharpened this, and then placed it in the
lower corner of my tube. I duplicated this layer. (To duplicate click on the layer you want, right click and choose duplicate.)

5. Now on the duplicated layer I did a Image - Mirror, then I x'd (to x out the layers, just click on the eyes in your layer palette) out all the layers but the doodle layers. Then with the duplicate layer as the active layer, I merged visible. You should have 3 layers in your palette. If you like you can rename them so you know which are which. Just click on the layer you want to rename, and right click, it gives you the option to rename it. I renamed mine. Background, tube, pink doodle.

6. Take the x's off the other layers so you can see everything. Now DS on the pink doodle layer. I used a darker color from my tube, and the settings are 1/1 70 2 and I did the -1/-1 70 2 as well.

7. Next is doodle 4. I again pasted it into the tag and slide this layer right below the tube. I place mine to the right a bit.

8. Okay now find the frame you like. I chose frame 3, and resized it 90%. I then sharpened it and pasted it into my tag. I slide this layer to just above the background layer. I then applied the DS with these settings. 0/0 70 2 with a light color from the tube.

9. I then found frame 7 resized it to 70%. sharpened it and pasted it into the tag. I slide it below the flowers and positioned it. I applied the above DS but change the color to another darker color and applied it 3x.

10. I chose the pinkglitterswirl. I pasted it into my tag, and slide this layer between the round frame and the flowers.

11. Lastly I chose the Flower vine, reduced it to 80%. sharpened it, then pasted it. I did the DS the same as above, but chose a color from my tube. I applied the DS twice.

12. I did a merge visible. For my background I added to new layers. One I named 1 and the other 2. I chose two colors from my tube and flood both layers with a different color. I then applied a soft mask to the layer 1. However, you could choose a background paper from the kit.

13. Merge Flatten , and resize your tag to the size you like it. I usually do the largest side to 350 px. Don't forget to Sharpen it when you resize it.

Add the last step I did was apply my copyright information. I use Arial 10 black/black.

Pick your font. I used 1 Archer DNA size 26. I applied DS as above with a color from the tube, and applied it 3x

I hope the results you get make you very proud of your work.

You will need:

4 tubes from the same genre or Artist
Animation Shop
The Film tube
No outside Filters needed.

1. Open a new image 400 x 400

2. Flood Fill the image with white
Choose the tube you want to be your
large image. I had to resize mine to 300 px on
the size that's the largest.
Make sure to Sharpen the image. Adjust - Sharpen
Copy and paste your tube onto your canvas.
DS: 1/1/75/2 and do the -1/-1/75/2

3. Now load the Film strip
Rotate it 90 Clockwise so it's standing
on end. Sharpen your film strip.

4. Add two Raster Layers, you will now have three layers.
The first one, name (right click on the layer to get the rename option)
Background
the second one name film
the third name tubes

5. Click on the Film layer to make it active.
Using your magic wand, click inside the first film opening.
Your magic wand should be set to 0 Tolerance and 0 Feather
Contiguous checked and Anti Alias Checked.
You will find these setting up above on the status bar.
Go to Selections-Modify-Expand and enter 2 OK
Do not deselect.

6. Now you can flood fill with white or fill it the blank spot
with a background or gradient.
Do not deselect.

7. Resize the tube you are using for this first piece.
I resized mine on Smart Size and to 20%.
Sharpen it.
Drop Shadow - 1/1/75/1 do the -1's as well
Then Edit-copy
Click on the tube layer
and go to Edit-Paste into selection.
If you need to, sharpen again.

You can deselect now. (selections - Selections None)

8. Do these same steps 5 - 7 for the
next two film openings.
Here's a hint: if you find your images are
"warping" when you put them into the film boxes,
try this instead: Instead of pasting into selection
Paste as a new layer, then you can move it
around if you need to. As a new layer the
program will put the tube in the center of
the canvas, just move it to where you
want it.

9. Alright now we need to merge the film piece
all together. Merge Visible. Keep this layer open.

10. Close all your tubes, and click on your background image, the
one that has the largest tube on it. Click on the tube layer
and duplicate it (right click to find the duplicate),
then resize it to about 70%. Slide this layer
beneath the larger layer of the tube, then reduce the opacity (the little sliding bar next to the eye) to
40%. Merge Flatten.

11. Okay now we're going to copy and paste our film
where we want it on the main canvas. Make sure to leave
enough space to do your wording.
Now that that's placed, we want to crop the images so
the extra is not obvious. Of course you could just
resize the film strip larger as well. But your
wording space will diminish as well.
It is here you will want to add your
copyright information.

12. Now we will do our writings. All but
the words for your larger tube. (in my
case Wynonna)
I used Arial Narrow 12 pt
Merge the names down.

You can skip all the wording
and simply add a name if
you like

Add a new raster layer
and type Wynonna's words separately.
Once they are where you want them
Merge flatten the whole tag, and name it
Filmtag1
then do an undo and use a DS 4/4/7510 with
a light yellow, make sure to do the -4 as well.
Merge this down and name it Filmtag2.

I did the same with the Now Playing words
but DS'd them opposite to the other words.

To animate our tag in Ani Shop.

OPTIONAL: FOR LEARNING PURPOSES
Because the tag is saved as to separate pieces
we're going to use Animation Wizard to bring them
together.

In Ani Shop go to File-Animation Wizard (there
is an icon for it on the task bar as well.
Click on: Same size as first image. Next
Click on Transparent. Next
Click on Center Frames and Canvas Color
Make sure Scales Frames to fit is checked. Next.
You want the Yes repeat the animation
and the 10 in the other setting is good Next.
Add Image. Go find your two tags where ever you saved
them.
When you have them both in the screen, Next.
Finish

Now both tag pieces are in the same frame in Ani shop.

Another option is you load the first tag into
Ani Shop and then the other, Click on the second tag
go to edit cut, then click on your first tag. Go to Paste - paste
After current image. There they are.

Now if your tags are in the same frame, if you click on the run
animation button you will see the words flash.

Under Animation - Resize I reduced my longest side
down to 300

I also went to the Frame properties and took it down
to 20

Smell the Beauty

1. Open a New Image 400x400 transparent.

2. Open your Image/Pic and colorize it - Adjust/Hue & Sat/Colorize.
I used Hue 43 and Sat 38. Mini mize.

3. Choose a foreground color off your image. Floodfill the blank image you created.
I chose #969774

4. Go to effects/textures/Blinds. Width 12 Op 87
Horizontal unclicked. Light from the bottom clicked, Black

5. Back to your pic/image. I cropped mine then resized it to 40%.
Play with this to get the size you like.

6. Copy your pic and paste as a new layer onto your bkgrnd. Effects/3d Effects/
DS .... 5/5/60/8 then do -5/-5/60/8 Black.

7. Choose a large, thick, clear font. I used Antigoni Med, size 42. I typed 42 into
the font box, as it's not an option you can choose. Pick a light color from your pic for the background palette. I also reduced my Kerning to -69. Kerning sets the spaces between your letters. You will find the Kerning box, (only when you have
a your A text box selected) in the upper left hand area below the word Image. There is
a slide on the bottom to let you play with the number.

8. Drop Shadow 1/1/100/2 black. Then do the -1's as well.
Then DS again with these settings:
Choose a dark color or Black. 5/5/50/10 and do the -5's.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 55-60

9. Okay now find a nice written font, something elegant but easy to read.
I used 1 Archer DNA size 20. Chose two colors from your pic.
Type out your message, place it where you like it.
Then DS 1/1/100/2 choose a light color do the -1's as well.

10. Using the little arrows beside your color palette, switch your colors.
Increase the size of your font. I did 72. Type out your name.
Move it to where you like it.
Do the same DS as above.

11. Add your copyright info now. I use Arial Narrow 12 pt
then rotate it and move it into place. Do the DS as above.
Merge Flatten.

12. I did crop mine. Now go to Image/Add Border/10 Symmetric.
I used Black you can play with your colors.
Resize to 300px width. All layers.
Save as a jpg.

Now to Animate it.

1. Open Ani Shop, and pull your tag into it. We want to add
the bling that is included above. Open the bling in Ani Shop.

2. This bling has 19 frames. Therefore we must make
19 frames of our tag. Click on your tag, and then right click.
Duplicate your tag until you have 19 frames.

3. Now go to Edit/Select All.
Use the slider on the bottom to go to the 1st frame of your tag.
Now leave your tag for a moment.

4. Go to your bling. Make sure it's visible by itself, and you can see both it and your tag.
Move them around to make sure they are
Do the same as above. Both boxes should be showing
the first frames.

Good yer almost done!

5. READ THIS before doing anything.
You will go to the bling and click in the center, holding your button down.
You will drag the bling to your tag and place it where you want it.
There will be a slight ghost image so you can see where it's going.
Once it's where you want it, click.

Now you can check to see if you did this right by running the animation.
If it did not work right, it's because you clicked on the first frame but did
not hold it down. This unclicks the rest of the frames and only the first one will move.

6. Now click on the bling frame that is blank and do the undo button.
The bling will come back all ready for you to use again. We are applying 2 so
do the drag again, and place your bling.

Now run the ani again, and save it! Yer done!

Hair of Fire

Supplies:

Tube of choice

Villa Tuscana Scrap Kit

Ali's Template NO 68

Font is FrancineHMK

To get Started:

Open the template and you will see all the layers, they are all named. I deleted the layer with the info on it.

Add a layer and move it to the bottom of the layers. Choose a paper you like from your kit and flood flll this layer.

Now choose the Back Shape layer. Close the other layers so you can see this one better. (click on the eyes in your layer palette to do this) Using the magic wand click on the shape, then go to your kit and pick another paper from it. Flood fill the shape. Selections none.

Unhide the Side Rectangle layer and hide the Back Shape Layer. Do as you did with the previous layer, but this time when you are clicking on the bars, hold down the shift key to capture them all. Once they are flood filled, Selections none.

Okay Hide that layer and unhide the Inside Star layer. Click on the Star as before but this time fill it with a pattern you have in your collection that matches the ones you've already used, or use a solid color. I used YWN-bgrd-069.

Now Drop Shadow on all the layers. 2/ -2 100 5 You will need to go back to them individually to do this. You can unhide them all as you do it.

Time for your Tube. I moved the Star up to the left a bit, liked it better there. Copy and paste your tube, you may have to resize it. Do the Drop shadow as well.

Find a side lying doodle you like. I resized it to 70%, copy and paste. Place it below the star layer. Drop Shadow.

Find the upright doodle you like, copy and paste and resize it to 70%. Place it behind your tube and to the left. Drop Shadow.

Now grab the star frame layer and line it up to the star. Do Drop Shadow on it. You could color it if you like. Just use the magic wand to hi light it and then flood fill it with a pattern or color. I placed this layer right above the inside star layer.

Now I grabbed the beaded heart and resized it to 50%. Copy and Paste it and put it in the upper left hand corner. Now go to Rotate - Free Rotate - 35 to the left. Play with the positioning. Drop Shadow 1/-1 100 3 Sharpen.

Merge All

Now is the time to add your copyright info.

I used the Font FrancineHMK at 36

The Name:

I Duplicated the name. I stayed on the raster layer 1 and went to Effects - Alien Skin 5 Impact - Gradient Glow - Ghost Text. Apply. This will show up behind the other name layer.

Merge and you are done! I resized the tag to 400p x 400 p

Supplies:

A tube with some outside images

Tamara's Garden Gate Scrapkit

To Start.

New Image 600 x 600, transparent. Choose the background you like best. Open it and look for it in your patterns palette. It'll be near the top. Floodfill your blank image.

Find the Frame. I used it at its' original size and did DS of H/V 2 (do the -2 as well) Op 100 and Blur 2

Now this was the finicky part. I had to make my tube look as if it was behind the frame, when it wasn't. So I resized it to fit into side the frame then did the DS as above. Make sure to sharpen your tube image. I then Merged down the tube and the frame.

New Raster Layer. Okay now I used my selections tool and drew a long thin shape. I flood filled it with another of the backgrounds. DS H/V 2 Op 80 Blur 3. I did this x2 more times with different colors.

New Raster Layer and using the same tools draw the ones that run along the bottom. I left one on top and the other I moved below. I then hide my tube/frame and background layer then clicked on the first layer and did a merge visible.

I then used the flower doodle and resized it to 70%. I rotated it 90 to the Left. Mirrored it, placed it and then did the DS as on the drawn lines above. I sharpened it too.

I resized the ladybugs and placed them. I did 25% and then 70% resize on them. Again the same DS. I recolored them as well.

I resized the pink flowers to 30% and placed them on the flower doodle. Same DS.

Merge All.

Now what I did was use my crop tool. I stretched it out to exclude all the rough ends of the drawn lines. Then cropped it. This gives the finished product a clean look.

Time for your words. I used the Font Vianta. Chose two colors from your tag I used #29668d and #395434. I did a DS of 1/1 80 1 and then did another of 3/3 (do the -3) 50 5 with the pink from the flowers.

Do your copyrights.

and your done!

Howdy Honey

The tubes are Al Rio and can be purchased CILM

Supplies:

Tube of choice

The tube should be one of a sitting subject.

Find another with a good head shot.

Okee Dokiee Pilgrims! Here we a-go!

First, open a new image 600 x 600. Then open the paper you like. I chose the lighter one. Go to your palette and find your paper in the foreground. Copy and paste it into your new image. You can close it now.

Now for the tube. Paste it into your new image, resize if you need to. Then DS on it. v/h 1 op 70 blur 2. Do the -1 as well.

Now I saw this little filly sittin' there and she needed sumpin' to be sitting on, so I went and got the single frame and resized it to 40%. You may need to go larger or smaller depending on your tube. Make sure the frame is placed the beneath the tube. Remember to sharpen it.

Okay time for the Sheriffs star. I placed it at it's original size then positioned it. Then I reduced it to 60%. You may like it bigger or smaller. I Sharpened it x3 to bring the sparkle back. Same DS for this one.

Next go get the doodles. I reduced these down to 60%. I placed the darker one behind the tube, and the lighter one behind the Star. Make sure to Sharpen them and DS.

Now choose the layer with the frame on it, and with your magic wand click on the inside. I then when to the selections - modify and expanded it by 2. Now add a layer. Choose the paper you like for the background and find it in your palette. Fill the inside of the frame. Okay another new layer.

Choose another tube with a good head shot. Use your crop tool to crop the tube down to just the head of your tube, do your DS on it, then copy it. Return to your frame and the new layer you added. Do an edit into Selection. Selections none.

Add a new layer, and choose a font you like. I used West.ttf. Choose colors in your palette that compliment your tag. I did the DS. I then did another DS V/H 5/-5 Op 70 Blur 10. I used a color from my tube.

I found a ribbon and recolored it to my colors. I then reduced it to 20%. I then did a DS. I found the lacing and reduced it to 40% and placed it below the bow. DS.

Well it's time to merge the whole thing. Merge All.

Time to add your Copyright Info.

We're done!

Font is AL Heavenly

To get Started:

Firstly find the paper you like best, reduce it to 55% or so.

Locate the tube you would like to use. I reduced mine to about 80%. Copy and Paste it. Position it where you like it. DS H/V 1 op 70 Blur 2 do the -1 as well. Now take the tube opacity down to about 60, whatever looks good to you.

I used 2 of the flowers, a light one and dark one. I reduced them to 20% and then positioned them where I liked them. I also used both ribbons. Again reducing them to 40%. Position them where you like them. Then close off the layers of your tube and background. Choosing the first layer, do a merge visible. This will merge the flowers and ribbons layer. Now apply the DS as before.

Find your butterflies. I used the darker one. I Duplicated this layer and mirrored it to get the second butterfly. DS the two of these. Place them where you like them.

I then added my lettering. I used AL Heavenly at 18

Don't forget to add your copyright.

Wild One

Mosaic Antique

Scrapkit Metro Retro is by Toni and is a Freebee Kit. It can be found here

The tube is by Ed Mironiuk and can be purchased at CILM

Supplies:

Tube of choice

Metro Retro Scrap Kit

Font is ACME Explosive and 1 Archer

To get Started:

Choose your background paper. I reduced it by 55%. Now promote this layer to a raster layer. I then reduced the opacity to 62. Add a new raster layer and place it beneath the background layer. Flood fill it with black. Merge these two layers. I then did a sharpen.

Okay time to add your tube. Reduce it to fit if you need too. I did a DS on her of H/V 2 Op 70 Blur 5 do the -2 as well. Sharpen her.

Find the Doodles. I used both. I resized them by reducing to 55% and then doing it again. I applied the red one first, then duplicated the layer, and mirrored it. Move them to where you like them. I then merged them down and applied the same DS as above. Repeat this step with the black doodle. I took the black doodle layer and slid it beneath the red one.

Now find the tassels, I used both and I reduced them to 20%. I placed them. Now In your overview screen I increased the view to 300, and then loaded my eraser on the tools bar. I took the size down to 3 and left the rest alone. Back to the image and I used the eraser to remove the lines that didn't need to be there from the tassels, making it look like they fell behind the doodles. I then did the DS on them.

Now Merge Visible the all the layers.

Find the frames. I reduced them doing the 55%. I then duplicated and mirrored that layer. I placed them. Now hide the merged layers.

Use whatever flowers you like. I reduced them to 20%. I placed them, duplicated and did the Mosaic Antique on them. Then did the DS.

Find the Butterflies and place under the frames, and DS again.

Find the frames layer and DS them. I did H/V 1 OP 100 and Blur 2 and do the -1. Now merge visible the rest of the layers. You should have two layers of Merged layers.

Now is the time to add your text. I used A.C.M.E. Explosive and used a color from my tube. I then used 1 Archer all black and DS with another color from my tube.

Now add your copyright info.

Yer done!

Mask 0109M

Font is Block Letters Tryout at 22p

To Begin:

I'm so glad to be able to do a Freebie Kit, thank you Lynne!

Alright .... New Image 600 x 600 and transparent.

Find a paper you ike, I used Dark Floral. Load it up and look for it in your palette under patterns. Flood fill your new image. Name this layer Paper.

Now find your tube and paste it as a new layer. Name this layer Tube. DS V/H 3 Op 100 Blur 5 don't forget to do the -3 as well.

Add a new layer. Now Flood fill this one Black. Layers - Load/Save Mask - 0109M inverted UNCHECKED. Delete the mask layer. It will ask you if you want to merge it, say yes. then click on the group raster layer and merge group. Name this layer Mask.

On your Mask layer. Do a DS but choose a lighter color from your tube. DS H/V 1 Op 100 Blur 2. If you like the look do the -1 as well. You may need to move your tube to fit it.

Find the Ribbon with the chain and paste it, move it beneath the Tube layer. I did the same DS as above with the lighter color #9b52ab.

Find the Filled Heart. Use your Magic wand Tolerance 40 Feather 3 no Anti Alias. Don't grab all the candy pieces just some. I used 141 and 255. Reduce the size place it to the right where the ring on the ribbon is.

Find the Bow and reduce it to 30%. You can place as many of these as you like. I did a DS with the lighter color from my tube both the 1 and -1. I also did a sharpen on the bow.

Find the Heart tube you like best. Reduce it to 20%. Paste it to your image. Place as many of these as you like. Mirror a few. Now merge the little heart layers so they are all one. On your Layers list where it says Normal (this is the blend mode). Choose Hard light. You can play with the others there if you like, that's the one I chose.

Well it's time to merge the whole thing. Merge All.

Time to add your Copyright Info.

To Begin:

Open a new image 600 x 600 transparent.

Choose your tube

Find the LYR Frame 2 (the lace frame). Copy and Paste as new layer into your new Image. Name this layer Lace. Drop Shadow H/V 2 Op 80 Blur 3 do it again with the -2

Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer. Resize if you need to. Center it in the middle of your lace frame. DS as above. Name this layer Tube.

Find the LYR Paper 5. Close off your tube layer. Add a Raster Layer and slide to underneath your Lace layer. Click on your Lace layer to make it active. Using your Magick Wand, Click inside the Lace Frame to get the circle hilighted. Expand by 3. Then click on your bottom layer. Pull up your LYR Paper 5 and go to your palette. Find the paper in your patterns. Flood Fill your center with this pattern. Now Selections None. Staying on the bottom layer, do the DS as above. Take the opacity down to 64%. Merge visible the bottom layer and the Lace Frame. Rename this layer Lace.

Find a Bow you like, I used Bow 1. I reduced it to 5% then pasted it as a new layer. DS V/H 1 Op 80 Blur 2. I did not do the -1 but you could if you like the look. Now find the swirly ribbon. Again I reduced that one to 5%. When you paste it it will be upside down so flip it. Then using free rotate to the right at 60. DS as with the bow. Then duplicate this layer. Mirror it and move it into place. Place other bows as you like.

Next find the Stitches. I recolored mine. H 148 S 102. Then the same DS as is there.

Time for your words. Choose two colors from your tube, I chose #c24e4e and #e0a6a6. Find a pretty font, I used 2 Peas Sweet Pea @ 22pt. I did a DS V/H 1 Op 100 Blur 2 with #383d73 do it again. Then I did another DS this one H/V 5 OP 100 Blur 30 using the same color. Now do the -5 but with 7dbce2.

To Begin:

Open a new image, 600 x 600 transparent.

I used the Paper 8 and use the pixel to resize it. I chose 600 x 600 so that the quality was good. Copy and paste is as new layer. I deleted the blank bottom layer.

Choose your image. I took mine down to 300 on the longest side. Duplicate it twice. Close off these two layers for the moment. DS H/V 2 Op 80 Blur 3 Black repeat with the -2. Name this layer Original.

Find the Branch 1. I took it down to 400 on the longest side and rotated it 90 right. Copy and Paste then place on the right side underneath the image. Duplicate this layer and rotate it 70 to the right. Then place at the bottom of the image. DS as above. Merge the branches. Name this layer Branches

Click on the Original layer. Close off all of the layers but this one. Add a new layer and move it beneath your Original layer. Use your selection tool, it's one of the options listed in the same place as your magic wand. Rectangle and 0 Feather. Draw a rectangle around your image leaving enough space outside to make a frame around your image. Flood fill inside the square on this layer, choose a color from your image. Name this layer Frame

Deselect and choose your Original. DS 1/-1 80 and 2 with black. Merge visible the Original and the Frame Layers. Name this Framed. DS this layer using the same settings. Open all the other layers but the duplicated image ones. You will need to move the Brances layer below the Framed layer.

Okay now open the duplicated images and choose one. You may have to block off the Framed Layer to see them. Pull one down and to the middle of the canvas. Slip it below the Branches Layer, drop this layer opacity to 48. Grab the other duplicated layer and slide it down to the bottom left. Drop the opacity to 48. Move it below the first duplicated image. Merge Down these two layers and name it Duplicated.

Find the Hearts tube. I reduced it to 10%. I also colorized it. a greenish hue. 78 and 13. Place on the canvas and position where you like it. DS.

I used the Font AL Charisma at 24. The colors are Black and #89613e. DS using settings already there. Do not use the -1 settings.

Now I reversed the foreground and background colors by clicking on the little switching arrows in the upper tiny boxes. Write the words you like, and DS but this time 1/-1 80 10 with WHITE.

Merge flatten.

Crop the Tag to get rid of excess space. Sharpen.

Apply your copyright information.

I resized to 350 p and used Export jpg at 15%

To Begin:

Open your tube and resize if needed. I took my tube down to 80%. Adjust - Sharpen. Edit - Copy.

Open a new image 600 x 600. Transparent. Paste as a new image. Close the original.

Duplicate your tube layer twice and move both copies below your original tube. Take the opacity of both copies to 42. Return to your Tube layer and Drop Shadow H/V 3 Opacity 70 Blur 10. Repeat with -3. Merge Visible.

Now go the the papers of the kit and choose the middle blue one Bluepaper02. Paste as a new layer and move it down so that it is behind your tube.

Find the Pink Butterfly Circle, I reduced it to 38%, it's really huge. Paste a new layer and move it up so that it is on top of your tube. Reposition your tube if you need to. Use the same DS as before doing both the 3 and -3.

Find the Blue Ribbon, I colorized it Hue 150 Sat 221 then reduced it to 15%. Paste it as a new layer. Duplicate that layer for as many bows as you'd like to use. DS H/V 3/-3 Op 70 Blur 5.

Find the Pink and Blue Teddies. I shrunk them down to 15%. DS as above to both. I rotated one 30 to the left. Position them behind the pink frame.

Find the Pink and Blue Lambs. Shrink them to 12%. DS both.

Find the Blue Butterfly Circle. I reduce it to 30%. Place it behind your Pink Circle. Do a DS as above. Duplicate this layer and Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 10

Find your tube layer, duplicate. Effects - Artistic Effects - Half tone - Default settings. Apply. Move this layer beneath your tube layer. Effects - Art Media Effects - Colored Pencil - Default

Find your Pink Butterfly Circle and duplicate. Move to the very bottom. Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Blur - Default Setting. Merge Flatten

Apply your words. I used Comic Sans Front color is pink and back color is yellow both chosen from the tag. The DS is 0/0 100 5. I applied the DS 3x

Make sure to apply your Copyright info!!!!

Make sure to export jpg 15% and save.

All done!

To Begin:

Open the scrapkit in your Psp.

Find a tube that you like.

Open the tube and resize to a comfortable size. I did 80%

Open a new image, 500 x 500 transparent.

Copy and Paste your tube into your new image. Position it where you like.

Drop Shadow one the tube H/V 1 Op 100 Blur 3 then do it again will the -1.

Find the Pink Doodle. Copy then paste as a new layer. Dupilcate, Flip and Mirror. Drop Shadow V/H 1 Op 70 Blur 6. Merge the two doodle layers. (Merge Down)

On the merged doodle layer, Duplicate. Close off the tube, and first doodle layer. Choose the bottom doodle layer. Apply the Mehdi - Melt 1.1 plugin. I played with the random button until I liked what I saw. Open the upper doodle layer. Merge these two layers again (Merge Down)

Find the Green Doodle and the Blue Doodle. You will need to mirror one of them. Place them so they are evenly spaced. Then Merge Down these two layers. Apply a drop shadow, use the setting already in Drop Shadow. Duplicate this layer.

Choose the bottom layer of the Green/Blue Doodle. Apply the Mehdi - Melt 1.1 Plugin. Now merge down all the doodle layers.

Find the Lg Curl Accent. Copy and paste it into your image. Take it to the bottom just above the background layer. DS. Use the same settings.

Open your tube layer. Using your eraser tool erase any bits of your tube that overhang the curl. Enlarge your image so you can see better. Do little bits at a time. Then DS on the curl one more time.

Find the Live Love Laugh Charm. Place it where you like it. DS do the -1 as well. Slide this layer beneath the doodle layers. (I used the eraser tool to remove some of the plugin's melts so the charm wasn't obscured)

Choose one of the flowers and move to position, slide the layer down beneath the curl. DS. Duplicate this layer and choose the lower copy. Go to plugin Simple - 4 way average. A nice ghosting effect will appear.

Now you can merge visible. Choose a Paper you like. I chose the white with colored flowers. I copy and pasted it into my image and slid it to the bottom. I deleted the blank raster layer.

Merge all Flatten, Crop if you feel you need to. Resize to 325 or so. Sharpen.

Add your copyrights!!!! I use Arial at 8 pt in black.

Add your wording. I used Garfield 20 pt. Then DS V/H 1 Op 70 Blur 1. I then chose a lighter color and DS V/H 3 Op 70 Blur 5

Make sure to export jpg 15% and save.

Sultry Autumn Love

To Begin:

1. Open a 500 x 500 transparent image. Select All

2. Find paper3 in the scrapkit items. Copy and Paste into selection. Selection None.

3. Find your tube and resize it. I did 70% on mine. Copy/Paste. Drop Shadow V & H 1 Op 70 Blur 15. Position the tube in the center. (I will probably be there already)

4. Find the ribbonheart4 item and resize to 30%. Place in the upper right corner. Drop Shadow as above.

5. Close of the Tube and background layer.

6. Return to your original tube and crop out the face or other body area of the tube that you like. Copy. With your magic wand hi light the inside of the heart and expand 1. Paste into the selection. DO NOT DESELECT.

7. Drop Shadow V & H 1 Op 100 Blur 1 then repeat with V & H at -1. Adjust - Sharpen. Deselect. Reopen the other layers.

8. Find butterfly3. Colorize to match your tube. Resize to 4%. Copy/Paste and rotate left at 45. Place. Drop Shadow V & H Op 70 Blur 15.

9. Find butterfly4. Repeat the above but rotate the item to the right.

10. Find butterfly7 and again repeat but time rotate 15 to the left.

11. Find orangeleaves in the scrap items and resize to 10%. Sharpen. Copy/Paste then position behindthe left butterfiles. Rotate left 15. Duplicate and flip.

12. Merge the two leaves layers together. Drop Shadow at the settings already there. Duplicate and Mirror.

13. Find flower1 and resize to 10%. Place it behind her head to the right and drop shadow.

14. Find flower1_2 do as step 13 but place to the left of her and lower.

These next steps are optional:

15. Find 2tonebrownlace. Colorize it to match the yellow flower but make it darker. I did Colorize 38 and 255. Resize to 15%. Copy/Paste move to the top of the layers. Position at the bottom area of the tag. Drop Shadow with setting already there.

16. Go back to the colorized version of the lace and undo it. Now go to Brightness and Contrast. Use these settings. -83 and -74. Rotate the lace 90. Copy/Paste and move it to position but send to the bottom of the layers just above the background layer. NO DROP SHADOW.

17. Find the swirl item. Resize it to 2%. Brightness and Contrast again. Settings 78 and 19. Drop Shadow and then in your blend mode (found beside where you play with the opacity of a layer) choose soft light.

To finish:

18. Merge all layers, Add your words. I used 2Peas Fancy Free 28pt #e77f3c color in the foreground and #f8e91d in the background. Drop Shadow V & H 1 Op 70 Blur 2 Merge again.

19. Resize to 325 on the largest side, sharpen. Add Copyright info.

To Begin:

Open a 500 x 500 transparent image

Open your tube, resize to 70%. Sharpen. Apply Drop Shadow V/H 1 Op 70 Blur 15 Black

Duplicate the Tube Layer and move it to the left of your tube. Reduce the opacity to 66% make sure the duplicated layer is beneath your original layer.

Still on your duplicated layer, Effects - Alien Skin - Swirl 2.1. Use the settings already there. Dupilcate this layer and move to the right of your tube. Make sure it is beneath your original tube

Merge the 3 tube layers. Click off the bottom layer. Use merge visible to merge all 3 tube layers.

Find the Ripped Star element. I resized is up to 125%. Place it behind the merged tube layer. Drop Shadow it with the settings used before. Sharpen. I didn't colorize it, but you could if you need to.

Find Paper1 (Green). Go to your palette, find the paper in the patterns. It will be here the top. Choose and flood fill your bottom layer.

Find the Ripped Star layer. Close off all the other layers but your merged tube layer. Duplicate the Ripped star layer. Move it down and to the right side of your tube. Colorize it to match the tube you're using. Mirror it and move it back to it's place.

Now find your crystal stars in the elements. Colorize them if you need to. Resize them to 70%. Place them and Drop Shadow V/H 1 Op 70 Blur 10. Play with the color of the DS. Find something that suits you. Close off all the layers but the crystal star layers. Merge visible. Now apply Hue (legacy) to them.

Merge your crystal stars layer to your background layer. Make sure to close off all the other layers first.

Merge your two ripped star layers. Make sure to close of the other layers, your tube layer and your background layer. Move your background layer to the bottom.

Find the beads in the elements. Resize them to 120%. I colorized one to match, you can do the same. Just use your freehand selection tool to surround the bead and then colorize it. Cut/Paste it into your tag. Place it where you want it. I mirrored it to place the colored beads where I wanted them.

Now click on the easer button on the side of your psp. Change the size to 10 and erase those bits you want to make look as if they are behind the beads. Work slowly as you want this to look good.

Find the Font you would like to use. Choose your colors. I used FreesiaUPC and #f79bd4 and #adcc59

Position your words. Drop Shadow and ..... resize to 325

Don't forget your copyrights!!

Open a new image 500 x 500

Load up your tube and minimize it.

I used paper3 and cut and paste as a new layer into my new image

Open your tube. Resize 70%. Sharpen. Drop shadow on the tube. H & V 4 Op 100 Blur 15 Black. Cut and paste as a new layer into your new image. Position your tube where you want it.

Find the Doodle. Resize 70%. Slide it up behind her head. Duplicate and mirror slide that one down behind her back. Merge the duplicate and doodle layers. Drop Shadow V/H 1 Op 70 Blur 2 Black.

Now find the frame and resize 40%. Copy and paste. Position so that the frame is beneath the doodle but still sticking out. Drop Shadow with the setting there already. Close off all the settings but the frame setting.

Using your trusty magic wand, click inside the frame. Selections - modify - expand 3.

Find paper4 copy then add a new raster layer, make sure the layer is beneath the frame. Paste into selection.

Add another raster layer. This one should be beneath the frame but above the paper4 layer.

Go back to your tube and choose some area that you would like to showcase. Choose your selection tool, and then hi light the area you like. Edit - Copy. Return to the new layer you added, it should still have the selection going. Paste into selection. I mirrored mine. You don't have to. Drop Shadow. V/H 4 Op 70 Blur 15 Black.

Open up all the layers again except the bottom two layers, the paper 3 layer and the blank layer.

Merge Visible open the bottom layers again.

Find the Bead Heart. resize 130% and paste into the new image. Slide it behind. Drop Shadow. V/H 1 Op 70 Blur 15 Black.

Find the font you like. I used Freescript #564e4c/#fbfbfd. Write your words. Drop Shadow with settings already there. Place this layer beneath the merged layer. Merge all

Crop the image to remove excess space. Sharpen. Place a border if you like.

Resize the tag to 325 on the longest side. Sharpen

Place your copyright info.

Export - jpg optimizer 10 - 20. Save.

Geometric Beauty

Font is 1 Archer DNA

To Begin:

1. Open a new image 500 x 500 transparent

2. Go to your shapes button and choose the Rectangle

3. Change your line style width to 3

4. Change your foreground to Black and the Background: Load the paper pink1 from the scrapkit items. Find it in your patterns and choose it.

5. In the upper left corner draw a square 7 x 7 little squares, or (63.5mm x 63.5mm)

6. In the lower right corner do the same with paper pink2

7. Repeat again but with paper1_ but place this one in the central area

8. Repeat again but with pink3 this time and place it centrally as well.

9. steps 5, 6, 7, 8 should all be on the same Raster Layer.

New Raster Layer

As in the previous steps find pink4 and load it into your background, however this time, draw a large square to encompass the four smaller squares.

Move this layer below the others so that the four squares are on top. Move the four squares so that they are centered in the bigger square.

10. Drop Shadow on the four small squares. V1 H1 Op 70 Blur 5

Merge visible

11. Now grab your tube (Mine had the circles included, but you could draw your own using the same method you used to draw the squares) center it on the large square. Use the same drop shadow as above. (If you drew your own circles, arrange them behind your tube and then merge them with your tube)

Drop Shadow on the tube and circles.

12. Find the organzabowpink. Resize it. I did 85% and then 70% because it was so large to begin with. Drop shadow and place it in the upper left corner.

13. Find the pinkswirl. Resize it. I did 15% and then 15% again. Place as many of these as you like. Apply the drop shadow.

14. Find the pinklace item. Resize it to fit your outer Box edges. I did 60% then 70%. Rotate it and place it going down the box. Drop Shadow

15. Move the bow from step 12 to the top of the lace edge.

16. Duplicate the pinklace layer, Rotate it and move it to along the bottom of the square. Move it below the tube layer. Place a pinkswirl or something else over the cross section of the lace borders.

17. Find the flower2_2 item. Resize it to something that will fit I did 50% and then 25%. Colorize the rose to match your tube. I placed it to the right, and took the transparency to 44. I applied the drop shadow.

18. Add your font/words. Apply the drop shadow. Merge All

19. Resize your tag to 325 on the largest side. Add your copyright info.

Apply a drop shadow with a light color from your tube and then Adjust - Sharpen to help it stand out.

Merge again.
